Road Test Take #1 on the red 77 fiat x1/9

So I bought some gaskets and some rims. Spent about 2 months getting the motor back together enough to run maybe. I also had to fix the brake lines and clutch lines. Also bought a new master and slave clutch cylinders as well as a brake master cylinder. I did this in preparation for the road test to check out the body and frame to see if the integrity was still there. This will be Road Test Take #1 on the red 77 fiat x1/9.

The clutch and brake cylinders are very hard to install on this car. It is best if you remove the dash first. Also the bleeding process can drive you nuts if you do not have a vacuum bleeder system. I suggest to double check the split block for the brakes it is located inside the engine compartment on the fire wall near the transmission, it is very difficult to get to but seems to capture air bubbles.

Another huge thing to think about is the timing of the car. Make sure to double check that before starting. If it looks right it may be wrong on this car. After a lot of head scratching and capping off vacuum lines and finding parts, I got it to start. Time to take it out on the road and see how she does.
